Running course

Running for Beginners.

A 6 week course taken by Janet (Run England qualified leader). Minimum age 16 years. Sessions will take place at outdoor venues in & around Marlborough. The aims of the course are to get you started, learn techniques, increase endurance and work towards a 5k run. Contact me if you are interested as dates and times will be arranged to suit.
